CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

MXC CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 10 mg + 10 mg vial

Size

Research focus

A blend of compounds separately investigated in growth-hormone signalling and ghrelin-receptor research.

In simple words

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is a blend of two compounds studied separately in hormone-signalling research. Findings about either ingredient do not establish how the mixture behaves; the CJC-1295 form in this listing is not specified.

Ingredient studies are shown separately. They do not demonstrate the effects, safety or synergy of the combined vial; exact sequences and unlisted proportions are not assumed. The catalogue does not specify the CJC-1295 DAC form; the cited CJC study used a long-acting analogue.

Long-acting CJC-1295 and hormone secretion

Human — two randomized early-phase trials

Healthy adults aged 21–61; participant totals not given in the reviewed abstract.

The long-acting GHRH analogue increased circulating growth hormone and IGF-I in trials lasting 28 and 49 days.

No serious adverse reactions were reported, but these were short studies. The long-acting compound is not interchangeable with products described as no-DAC; this was not a CJC-1295/Ipamorelin combination trial.

PMID 16352683. Indexed abstract checked through Europe PMC on 2026-10-26. Selected evidence, not a systematic review.

Ipamorelin after bowel surgery

Human — randomized phase 2 trial

117 enrolled patients; 114 in safety and modified intention-to-treat analyses.

Researchers tested ghrelin-receptor agonism for postoperative ileus. Primary and secondary efficacy comparisons did not show significant differences from placebo.

Adverse events were frequent in both postoperative groups. This small, mixed surgical population does not support performance claims or a CJC-1295 combination.

PMID 25331030. Indexed abstract checked through Europe PMC on 2026-10-26. Selected evidence, not a systematic review.
